2. Ordering & Payment

  • Customers can place orders through our website or by calling our hotline: +880-1957-207088.

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bKash payments.

  • Please ensure that your contact information is correct during checkout.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery charge is BDT 100 (fixed).

  • Orders are delivered via courier services across Bangladesh.

  • A representative will contact you before delivery.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days for unopened or damaged products.

  • No cash refunds. Any refund amount will be added as store credit to your Nakshi Hat account.

  • To request a return, please call us at +880-1957-207088.

5. Product Availability

  • All products are sourced directly from our listed manufacturers.

  • If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and offer substitutes or refund accordingly.

6. Quality Assurance

  • We ensure quality by working closely with authentic local producers.

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. Replacements are free within 3 days of delivery.
